SSC CGL Application Process: The application process consists of two main parts:

1. One Time Registration: Before proceeding, it is crucial for candidates to thoroughly read all instructions. Ensure the following information is prepared:

• Mobile number (verified through OTP)
• Email ID (verified through OTP)
• Aadhaar number (if unavailable, use Voter ID Card, PAN, Passport, Driving License, School/college ID, or Employer ID)
• Details from Class 10 examination (board, roll number, year of passing)
• Disability Certificate Number (if applicable) Click on ‘Register Now’ in the login section for one-time registration. The registration involves filling the following details:

• Additional and contact details

• Declaration Steps for form submission: a. Enter critical details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, Aadhaar number, etc., twice to avoid errors. Mismatched information will be highlighted in red. b. Provide the correct number from the Aadhaar or any identity card. c. Enter the name exactly as it appears in the matriculation certificate. Any changes post-matriculation should be noted. d. Fill in father’s and mother’s names as per the matriculation certificate. e. Input the DOB as per the matriculation certificate. f. Ensure the matriculation certificate includes the board name, roll number, and year of passing. g. Specify gender, highest educational qualification, and verify the working mobile number and email ID through OTP for communication and password retrieval. h. Provide UT/State of permanent address details. i. Save basic details, confirm mobile number and email ID, and note down the registration number and password sent via SMS/email. j. Complete registration within 14 days to avoid deletion of saved data. k. Log in using registration credentials, change password if prompted, and update ‘Basic Details’ before proceeding. l. Provide category, nationality, details of any visible identification marks, and Disability Certification Number if applicable. m. Input present and permanent address details and save information. n. Review and agree to the declaration before final submission using the OTP received on the registered mobile number.

   

1. Part II – Online Application Form: Prepare the following before proceeding: a. Recent scanned photograph (JPEG format, 20 KB to 50 KB, without spectacles and cap) b. Scanned signature (JPEG format, 10 KB to 20 KB) c. Details like roll number, university name, CGPA, etc. Log in using registration number and password. Navigate to ‘Combined Graduate Level Examination 2021’, check ‘Latest Notifications Tab’, and click ‘Apply’. Data from One-time Registration will auto-fill; modify if necessary by clicking ‘Modify Registration’. Specify preferred examination center and provide required information for ex-servicemen or serving Armed forces. Indicate Cerebral Palsy status, need for a scribe, or specific scribe requirements. Select ‘Yes’ for Junior Statistical Officer or Statistical Investigator Grade II applications. Choose age relaxation category if applicable, mention highest qualification, and provide educational qualifications details. Fill in details as per Examination Notice, confirm present and permanent address (auto-filled from One-time Registration). Upload recent passport photograph and signature as per guidelines. Check declaration, agree, fill captcha code, and preview form details. Review and modify as needed before final submission; no changes allowed post-submission. Proceed to fee payment via online methods or generate SBI challan for cash payment. After successful payment, print the application form for record.
